The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the Governing Body, and is the custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and archival records of the municipality.  The Township Clerk’s office also issues dog, liquor and raffle licenses, administrative permits.  Registers voters and provides general information to the public.

In Mullica, Ms. Johnson also serves as the Registrar of Vital Statistics, Public Compliance Officer, Personnel Coordinator, Claims Coordinator, Stormwater Coordinator.

The Clerk’s Office also oversees that requests for all public records and vital statistics.  All public records are available by submitting a completed  request form located here: OPRA Request Form

Registrar of Vital Records

The Clerk’s Office processes requests for certified copies of vital records and/or events that occurred in Mullica Township.  Certified copies of all vital records are $5.00 per copy.  To obtain a certified copy you must submit a a  Vital records request form, along with the appropriate fee.

Marriage License and Civil Union are issued by the Clerk’s Office.  The fee is $28.00.  Please call for further information.

Dog Licenses

Dog licenses are due in January of each year.  The cost is $5.00 for a dog that has been neutered and $8.00 for a non-neutered dog.  If a license is purchased after March 31st, there will be a late fee of $5.00 per license assessed.  Proof of a 10 month rabies vaccination and neutering information must be presented at the time the license is purchased.  You may apply in person or by mail.  If by mail, please send the appropriate fee along with the rabies and neutering certifications.

Mullica Township holds a free Rabies Clinic each March for dogs and cats.  Please refer to the municipal calendar for the date.

Election Information

Voter Registration forms, absentee ballot applications, and other election materials are available in the Municipal Clerk’s Office.  Forms may be downloaded by the Atlantic County Website at www.aclink.org.  Voting is in person at the polling place in your electoral districted listed on your sample ballot.  Below is a listing of the polling locations or the follow the link HERE.
